Here is the most important information before the start next Sunday, October 11:
Getting There
With 3,000 registrations, there will likely be too few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hall. Please plan some extra time to look for a parking space.
More parking spaces are available on the other side of the Saar river at the Römerbrücke combined heat and power plant (Straße des 13. Januar).
Additionally, Möbel Martin is providing its parking lot at An der Römerbrücke 8, 66121 Saarbrücken. The parking lot is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is about 1,000 m away.
The St. Arnual exit of the A620 coming from Mannheim is currently closed. You must turn around at the next exit (Bismarckbrücke). The exit coming from Saarbrücken is open.
Alternatively, we recommend traveling by public transport (Saarbrücken-Ost train station is 1,400 m away and the Hellwigstraße tram stop is 1,000 m away).
Bib Number Pickup
You can pick up your race documents at the multi-purpose hall on Scharnhorststraße 12, 66119 Saarbrücken-St. Arnual.
You need your bib number to pick up your documents.
You can find your bib number here starting October 9.
Please write it down and bring it with you.
Due to the overwhelming number of advance registrations, we have set up an additional pickup slot on Saturday, October 10, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please use this if at all possible! Of course, you can also pick up your documents on Sunday from 8:00 AM until 30 minutes before the start.
Go to the table for your race inside the hall and state your bib number.
There you will receive your paper bib number with an integrated chip.
Shake-Out Run
If you want to loosen up a bit on Saturday, you are welcome to join our free shake-out run at 2:00 PM. Please register so we know how many participants to expect. Further information and registration can be found here.
Showers, Changing Rooms, Toilets
Changing rooms, showers, and toilets are available in the multi-purpose hall.
There are additional mobile toilets in the start-finish area, and the toilets at the adjacent Kulturbiergarten may also be used by us. Most refreshment stations have individual toilets, which may occasionally be occupied.
Change of clothes can be left in the hall. There is also a clothing tent in the start-finish area; both are unmonitored.
